This first floor self contained apartment is part of a 16th century farmhouse. It is tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard, and with full central heating it is ideal for all year round accommodation. The apartment’s lounge opens onto a balcony from where you can enjoy the views over the Duddon estrary and watch the sun go down, or on a moonlight night at high tide see the reflection of the moon in the sea. It makes an excellent base from which to explore this quieter side of the Lake district through a network of footpaths with walks on the fells, along side the lakes or estuary, which all boast spectacular views.

The apartment comprises of :

·Bedroom with double bed

·Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, and basin

·Kitchen / diner and a lounge which opening onto a balcony with garden furniture

·Walk down to your own secluded garden area with barbecue and garden furniture.

·Off road parking

·Cot and highchair on request is available

·Sorry no pets.

The apartment has oil central heating, all fuel and power is include in the rent, bed linen, towels and welcome basket are also included. The apartment has 2 colour satellite TVs, dvd/video, radio cassette player, fridge/freezer, microwave, foot spa, hair dryer, outside is a graveled area with garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry no pets No Smoking please.
